If you already have some equipment then great, we can go through it and work out the best program for you, if you don’t have anything we can work out what you need to achieve your goals, this may range from a simple set of bands, or a sandbag to a set of dumbbells.

This depends on your goals and how you want to train. We can help you develop a great fat loss and strengh routine with the following equipment:

Is Online Training Live or Recorded?

Just like our face to face training you will get live training sessions at a set time each week. The sessions will stream directly from your mobile device which can be either your phone or a laptop.

What Kind of Results Can I Expect?

As with all training the results will depend on you! Online training is very effective for general fitness, endurance, fat loss, mobility, Strength and Endurance. The only limiation is heavy strength training where you will need heavy duty equipment with a spotter for safety in this situation we would recommend face to face training at your local gym.
